Product Installation

  • Assemble the panels by screwing the EVOSTONE panels on a flat, stable surface, at joints or in contact with the surface.
  • Use approximately 20 screws for a panel.
  • Mix well by adding approximately 2% hardener to the polyester sealant.
  • Polyester mastic; Using a fine-tipped spatula or suitable tools, fill in the heads of the screws and the joint cavities.
  • Use the tools such as brush, spatula, pencil spatula and thin screwdriver to ensure the pattern continuity of the panels by making arrangements on the polyester mastic so as to follow the texture.
  • Drying of polyester mastic, EVOSTONE paints; Apply a coat with a fine tip brush to the applied areas.
  • After the paints are completely dry, a perfect integration and image is provided.
